At 7 Seven Sister Sanctuary, we started with a simple mission: to help people live healthier, happier lives.
We believe that being human is the most spiritual adventure available, and the most natural too.
Whether it's sacred ceremonies around the fire or pickeball tournaments out on the court, we foster loving community and open minds.

We offer a wide range of healing and spiritual services, including silent meditation retreats, big kids camps, solstice celebrations, rest and rewire retreats for veterans, and more. Whatever your spiritual outlook, we welcome you with open arms and healing ways.

7 Sisters Sanctuary was born through the life and stewardship of Dr. Tina Thomas. A mother, a grandmother, and a clinical therapist, Tina has followed the "dream that dreams her" to bring to others a place of sanctuary and acceptance. Inspired by a diverse history of trainings and experiences in everything from gestalt psychology and watsu water treatments, to quaker christianity and burning man ethics and community, Tina lives a ministry full of humor, heart, and humanity.

As a Veteran or other service man and woman, you lay it all on the line for the safety of others. But what do you do when your service is completed, but the scars remain? 7 Sisters Sanctuary is one of the leading local ministries for wounded veterans, physically and/or psychologically, to rest, rewire, and reconnect to safety, love, and the qualities of a higher power as each one understands. We have a history of bringing veterans from the brink of despair, to a place of hope and faith, through some of the most cutting edge treatments available.
We welcome you to our next "rest and rewire retreat".
God is the term we use for the source and the unifying force that permeates all of existence. God is law and, as such, is the Creator, Preserver, and Un-doer in One. The law of the Divine is genderless and beyond duality, neither good nor bad; it is beyond dogma and morality; it is timeless and ineffable.
Spiritual comprehension of the totality of God is inaccessible to the intellect because the Divine is beyond anything comprehendible. However, since the essence of God lives within all sentient creatures, God is knowable and perceivable and can be experienced through mystical union.
Mystical union may be attained through self-surrender and spiritual practices. Our sacraments are spiritual practices that have the potential to increase our connection to, and experience of, God; and may include (but are not limited to) practices of Ecstatic dance, Yoga (Bhakti – devotion to Love, Karma yoga devotion to do the right thing; Hatha yoga to join body and mind in awareness), Meditation, Journaling, Breathwork, Prayer, Contemplation, Time in nature, Creative expression, Music, Art, Entheogenic Plants, and psychedelic sacrament medicine. Additionally, participating in community events and healing services can enhance our sacramental practice, designed to create an opportunity to experience a greater sense of peace and harmony, increased compassion for self, others, and all sentient creatures, as well as increase respect for one’s self and nature. It can also enhance a sense of inspiration and renewal; and tenderness and appreciation of the beauty of it all; and possibly clarify one’s sense of purpose or meaning within this vast universe and the creation of Source. Ultimately, we believe that practicing these sacraments fosters consciousness, joy, and a sense of aliveness as well as comfort and compassion.
We co-create our life experiences with the Divine through our way of thinking, feeling, and behaving. When we think, feel, and behave in alignment with our dharma (our highest use of self and purpose), we add to the highest expression of God. Moreover, attending spiritual retreats can deepen this alignment. When we practice self-love and love for all of God’s creation, we evolve the human species, learn to live Love, and emerge with the Divine in the most noble way that we currently know.
